Looking for An Old Excel DC Training Log...

Does anyone Remember a great excel file someone had made for DC training. It had to be from possibly 2005? maybe 2004. I forget when the DC thread first posted. Hell I may have even got from Animal's old Board. Not sure. I would love to find it again. I lost it when I got a new computer.
anyone Help? I have googled the shit out of it and Have checked IntenseMuscle. Nothing like the one I remember though.

I know they have it at clutchfitness.com..I tried to get it the other day but i forgot my password over there lol... so if you cant find one, and you really want it i guess you could register there...

Very Nice. I will probably modify that. But Not the one I was looking for. I guess my lazy ass is going to have to re-make the one from before. I am pretty sure I have the hard copies of it somewhere ....in a box. Moved a few months and boxes are still hangin around the house unpacked.
