Extremely disrespectful to my client, and myself.

I've worked with shelby and all he pushes is tight diet and a few health supps. Green tea fish oil etc. And cardio learnt a hel of a lot about the importance of diet what can be done with a lot less gear with shelby. Obviously I'm not saying this guys natural but that's the result of very very tight diet, probably a good bit of cardio and definitely a ton of self sacrifice and suffering. Drugs alone can not bring anywhere near that conditioning. And i agree it's very disrespectful to detract from the extreme effort this guys put in. An effort that most people can not comprehend drugs or not

Shelby has never told me to eat white rice, tilapia or go on the step mill.

When I asked if I should take 350mg tren Shelby said it's not needed, 250 is enough.

Know what you're talking about before making ridiculous comments.

I hope he turns you down as a client. You obviously don't have the right out look on body building.

If it was all about massive amounts of drugs than why did I do all that cardio and dieting over the last 3 months

Oh yea because Shelby told my to eat this way and train in this manner if I wanted to go from 20+% body fat to 3% in 90 days.

So getting conditoned and cutting bodyfat is from massive drug abuse lol? That just looks like good ole fashioned diet and cardio work to me. Maybe if the guy was 150 and went to 240 in a few months then you could say massive drug abuse lol. The guy had the muscle already...all he did was bust his ass to get into contest shape. Of course with Shelbys guidance!
