I just heard an infommercial on the radio station I listen to about some sort of green tea extract liquid. Of course, he was toutiing all the same benefits that you have been saying for years.

I know what you're talking about. What a scam. You get a nice product like green tea that has a shitload of medical research behind. Come up with a cacamimi scheme to somehow jack the price of a goddamn leaf for christ's sake thats been in use for centuries. I'll like to beat him with a a 40 gallon tea bag.

Good info BJ.... I just started drinking GT on a regular basis this week upon DC's recommendation. Doesn't taste bad like I thought it would. I'm taking in a gallon a day.

If I'm taking GT caps, should I take them on empty stomach, or with food?

I'm also taking GT caps (from instynct) - about 5-6 taken throught the day. Isn't one cap about equivalent to two cups tea?

Hey xcel,

Mine are also from instynct/L.I.F.E. and his are 200mg caps, each one has 90mg of EGCG.

I have no idea how this compares to a cup of green tea, though I would think it's certainly much stronger in regard to EGCG concentration.

Does anyone know if instynct's gt caps have any caffeine in them?

Bump on the empty/with food question.

5 or 6 should cover your ass good.

I perfer with meals.

Caffiene intake is min. Plus GT naturally contains the amino acid L-Theanine which has been shown to negate caffiene.

just to clarify--I urge all my trainees to drink copious amounts of GT directly from BJ's painstaking research and posting on it over the last 3 years. I see that it is becoming a staple in the bodybuilding world (on muscle mayhem and other boards) and I want to make sure the right man gets the credit for it (BJ)
