Guys, I've been researching for a while on several boards. I took some time away to really focus on my diet and training. I know alot of guys recommend Test@500mgs/wk and Dbol@30mgs/ed or Deca@300-400mgs/wk. I have access to all the basics. I'm 33 years old, 6'3" 235lbs and 8% bf. I'm NOT after the typical 25lbs most seek on a First Cycle. My goal is 10-12lbs of dry mass. Here's what I came up with. I wanted to start low to see if I respond and build from there. I REALLY want the focus to be on my diet & training, not gear. Let me know what you think.
Test E@300mgs for 16 weeks
EQ@400mgs for 16 weeks
or
Test E@300mgs for 12 weeks
Tbol@40-50mgs/ed weeks 1-6
I purposely kept the Test low to eliminate the possibilty of using an AI(ie.Arimidex or Letro). Thanks in advance for any and all input!!
