My doctor told me to cut back on the Fat for a little while.. I need a recipe for a shake with whey protein thats like 560 calories with 50 g of protein.. Before i used to use peanut butter and oatmeal and bananas.. but now cutting out the PB and banana (sugar).. OAtmeal is getting sick..
I m thinking bout whey isolate and rice..
Any better ideas??
