LR3 confusion

Never used LR3 before, but due to a mix up with the peps I ordered they sent me the wrong thing and graciously allowed me to keep the product while reshipping my original order.

As stated, never used it before and see a mind boggling variety of protocols on it's use. Post workout, 8 hours post workout, first thing in morning, etc..

(I work out about 10am in the morning if that helps with the info)

Comes as 1mg per vial. Just a very basic when to take it, how much to take, what results from the research can be expected thread here. I have done the search function already and came away with more confusion than ever.

I use 100mcg post workout,do 4 days on 3 off.

Just get it in you... Long half life so you should be fine regardless.

But yes if you're daily dosing I would take two days off after a three-four day stint.
