Lumps in Abdominal Fat

So i've kind of added WAY too much fat over the last few months. Mainly in my abdominal region and chest. I have noticed though when pressing on my "abs" and outer chest area(towards arm pit), there are lumps in the fat. I would thing it was gyno if the abdominal area lumps didnt feel the same. Does anyone else notice this or have an idea what it is????? maybe just fat.

If they are lipomas this dude should monitor them carefully. I had one removed 2 years ago from my upper back in the scapular region. Surgeon had to cut all the way to the bone to remove the whole thing. Thing was the size of a kids football. I didn't even know it was there until I saw a giant lump bulging out from my back while filming instructional videos for clients.

if you cant SEE them i wouldnt really care about it.
i think lipomas are usually not a health risk in any way. i think i got one on my forearm, kinda looks like a "round vein", its a little ball sticking out. funny thing is i can make it disappear by moving my wrist. looks pretty funny.

the "balls" in your stomach fat could also come from GHRP/GHRH or insulin injections.
