I was trying to compare them purely on the anorexic effects (hunger suppression). Not on efficacy of weight loss.

You are correct on ratios of total weight loss. I was just saying it takes quite a bit of Tirzapatide to equal semaglutide on purely killing hunger.

Definitely just try both. For bodybuilders, semaglutide is plenty.

If you have a fucked metabolism (really bad insulin resistance, high trigs, high cholesterol, fatty liver, inflammation) tirz dual action might be the way to go.

Hi guys. I just wanted to let you know that we have recently begin carrying semaglutide and the terzepatide will be available within just a week or so.

The semaglutide comes in 3 mg vials for about $90. With today's easter sale, it is only around $67 or so.

Technically, I already gave the terzepatide on hand, but I'm waiting on labels. It will be sold in 5 mg vials for roughly the same price that most companies charge for 3 mg vials. It will be an awesome deal.

When will terz be back in stock? If it lowers cholesterol im game to give it a whirl and report it in a log for sure

Statins gave me blood clots… ezetimibe i have but havent started yet

oh shit. Ezetimibe might be next best option. PCSK9i's are new but might be worth discussing with your doc.

Mike Arnold’s was the first semaglutide my wife used. She lost a lot of weight starting at 250mcg/week and increased her dose every 4 weeks. Definitely legit. The only reason she buys from another sponsor now is because she is using 2.5mg/week (max dose) and gets better pricing.

Yes dose it as the ozempic directions tell you to. As far as reconstituting, just google a peptide calculator. Here is a very simple one:

Does anyone have experience with having the bigger vials of semaglutide 10mg-- and keeping that vial for 10 weeks reconstituted in the fridge? I was reading in another forum that it only lasts 4 weeks, but there is no proof out there of degradation. I love Semaglutide and theres one reason I won't try switching to Tirz.

Yes I have been using the 10mg size. Definitely good but after a month I believe it looses some strength. I took a 4 week break and started a vial already constructed and it Definitely lost strength.

The only testing I've seen was by Jano who left a reconstituted vial at room temp for 2 weeks. There was no degradation. I wouldn't be worried.

How do you dose what they recommend first 4 weeks .25 ? Looks like very little in an insulin syringe . How do you know your accurate

Look up a peptide calculator. For a 5mg vial you shouldn't need more then 2ml BAC water. That would make every 10 units on a U-100 insulin syringe 250mcg or .25mg.

Yeah a good peptide calculator. When using a low dose , I use more bac water.
