This is going to sound dumb, but for the life of me, I can't remember the number you generally multiply your bodyweight by in order to calculate how many calories/day you need to maintain weight, and to grow....
thanks analog, that's a really cool site, nice tool too...I think I finally remember that it was something like your bodyweight times 20 = calories needed to gain, adjusting calories upward as you gain weight....according to the tool, I need 4500 calories to maintain, 5000 to gain, and I'm doing right about 5400 calories now, so I guess I'm on the right track.
