Just recieved a 10lb case of this ind.quick frozen in 6oz portions.Pat w/ olive oil a little sea salt and pepper.Then thrown on the grill not much better than this for plain ole fish.

Fresh mahi mahi is KILLER .... had it in cancun with rice and Veggies

We have this fish from where I live ... in the mediterenean... its a bit dry but tastes good if you serve with some lemon, olive oil and sea salt.

We have this recipe if you want to try ...in my small country they do them in pies, fried, stuffed , with salsa you name them...
