Maltodextrin and slin

First thing...
Other than hbcd, TN rice maltodextrin is amazing.

As such I was hoping to use this with a humalog cycle.
I was thinking about doing 4-5 iu humalog with every meal (4 meals. Last meal no slin)
I actually use rice maltodex to replace most of my carbs.
This is due to stomach issues only...resulting in being too full with each meal. I eat very lil actual carbs till the weekend.
I need some advice about the use of slin and maltodex. Also...should I be useing a GDA with each meal?

You should be adding insulin to your current diet and NOT completely adjusting your diet to accommodate the insulin.

Insulin makes you utilize your nutrients BETTER as well as has a ton of other benefits but should NOT be thought of as something that is magic and that you need to adjust your entire protocol to

Milos and all those trainers talking huge intra nutrition fast carbs must be behind the ball... bc without insulin, taking in a few hundred grams of sugars is more detrimental to your body.... there is not a right or wrong way, this idea that somehow bc ur optimizing and maximizing the shuttling effects of slin by consuming extra nutrients then in your normal diet makes no sense..... same reason why you take more supplents around when you workout... do you think say using log 7iu and eating 75 g of carbs w meals is different then say taking 200g of carbs w protein and 20iu log 1x a day? Ive never seen anything different at all

This sounds fine to me. Since you mentioned using 4-5 iu per meal...im assuming youll be eating 50ish grams of carbs per meal? Personally....I use 10iu pre with intra drink. 5iu post....and 5 iu a few hours later with my next biggest carb meal and this treats me well

Well... It will be rice maltodex and veggies only.
No other carbs with meals (two)
More meat and malto is my meal (50 grams carbs)

Keep In mind....I notice with faster carb sources and insulin....sometimes the carbs clear too fast while the insulin is still active and can lead to going hypo
