Wow! I have to say Heath looked better. Much more sharp. His chest was bigger also.

I cannot wait for the Mr. O next year! You have to realize Heath just finished competing in the "O", therefore still is in decent shape. Vic has been out for a while....therefore a bit smoother. I really like Heath but, it will be a battle if Vic comes in 100%. Also, if Dexter adds 10+lbs, watch out there. And, can't forget Wolf. It'll be a "doozey!"

wont happen, Heath will dominate. An injury like that is going to have an impact on his quad training and he will never be the same or better. The injury was nothing more than his body telling him "This is as far as I want you to take me, no more" I'm not trying to be a pessimist but that's the nature of the beast

And you cant count out Dennis and Toney either! And who knows if Jay has anything up his sleeve..IM EXCITED ABOUT THIS ONE!

It's hard to use this clip to judge. A lot has happened since I shot this.
