Maryland championships...

not sure who lives in the are but if you are interested in the maryland championships there will be an open and closed division this year.
it will be held in october and its gonn be in rockville, not owings mills like last year.

last year there were some complications but this year its going to be a hell of a show.
as of right now guest posers include,
victor matrinez,lisa aklund,possibly dexter jackson and rich has been speaking with bill willmore as well

bro i used to train at golds in midtown dc. nobody competes, i was the biggest guy there and the only one who looked like a bber. then i transfered to rockville, and bam!!! willie stallings trains here, dina alsabah, and theres a whole bunch of guys doing the usa in 10 weeks. theres som figure and fitness women who train here too. i also go to fitness first in rockville where steve mcloud trains. he is also doing the usa. so yeah the metro near us is rockville, and theres a white flint metro stop too. you just gotta get outa dc, and to the SURROUNDING metro area. ive been to the gaithersburg golds and theres compeditors there too.
ive also heard about the virginia gyms...lots og compeditors there.

there are some super Gold's Gyms around Baltimore, and also down in Alexandria, VA. Lots of impressive people for inspiration!

lucian, i go to fitness first of layhill road in silver spring, i never been to the rockville location, but i heard there are some pretty good bros over thier...my man big kevin goes over thier to hit legs at the rockville location, i been thinking about going to the golds over on randolph road i might check it out...too many people like to talk and chat...i just need to around some vets so i can get my feet wet in this iron game.
