I'm 10 under the cap and going to add it for Masters O next year. Winning tampa 4 weeks ago qualified me for it. For those who care 5ft 6in and 182 on stage. My cap is 192.

There was a post on here earlier about my slingshot method. I used it all prep.

micro dosing GLP1s and GIPs will be the wave of the future, combined with things like methylene blue, NAD+ etc. to improve cell integrity and how you burn fat at the mitochondrial level. I got ready for Tampa on more food, less cardio and keeping my CNS in a better spot using these peptides. I was ready in 7 weeks for that one and won.

Dieted 4 more weeks and came into this one only walking cardio and got carbs up to 400 grams by the final week. Loaded 700 day before. Body works like a machine when things are set up right with these things.

Poison is in the dose, bodybuilders only need micro doses. These peptides are revitalizing some of my masters women competitors too. I have a few good ones on my IG as well.

i started tirz at only 10 units weekly. the lowest med dosing so you know is 25 units at 2.5mg way more than a healthy bber needs

Now my menopause cases they are more inflamaged and need more

As the prep progressed the highest i got was 10 units 2x per week still 5 units under the med dosing so that was about 2mg

IF you get reflux drop the dose, if you cant eat your needed cals drop the dose

we just want enough to super charge our metabolism and have that insulin timing perfectly matched with foods, thats a big thing it does that us bbers benefit from. then the carbs go where we want them
the final week i did do 10 units mon weds fri so i could load better and i think it keeps us drier

other things ive noticed i could run my seros 1.8 iu 2x per day until day before show i thin its bc the tirz helps with BG so well, just my hunch. Most drop gh 14 days out but i was bone dry and need all the fullness i can get.

also i appreciate you all with your comments. Im just a guy who never gave up. Not genetically overly blessed by any means. I started at 21 yrs old at 128 lbs. lol. My gifts are decent structure, light bones to allow me to look bigger than i am and never giving up.

Great info for sure! So, at 10 units weekly or even 20 units weekly, you did not notice any appetite suppression? How many weeks did you run it for?

If you’re up for it I would love to hear how you structured methylene blue and LDN. I know Dr. Dean does something similar and has discussed this on his forums and videos.

I personally have seen benefit on those who can benefit using LDN at 2.5mg daily and Methylene Blue at 4-5 drops 3X weekly.

What you’re doing has the potential to be the future of the sport so think others here could benefit from learning from what you’re willing to share.

I looked at your placing and pics, conditioning was good 👍🏿, as you know it's just about filling out that fucking huge frame of yours with more dense muscle tissue.

the food noise was gone and i was never hangry which meant lower cortisol and a nicer me in prep. so it takes the edge off but i could eat on time everyday. thats where you want to land

LDN 4.5 mg daily but i thin 3mg is good for most
Methylene blue off season i do 15mg prep i pushed to 30mg daily in order really lower ROS just from the stress of peds, dieting cardio hard training etc.

Congrats on the show! A few questions on your experience with triz:

1) How did you come off of it after your show? Did you taper off of it or just quit cold turkey?

2) How did you manage the rebound phase of your diet?

For those who have trouble binging after shows, I am curious if a taper off of GLP-1’s could be of benefit.
