Hey,

I've been having some issues around mobility lately - particularly tight across a number of muscles and my usual mobility routine doesn't seem to be as effective as keeping me supple.

I'd been trying to pin point the cause; looking at training and lifestyle factors, playing around with mobility drills and nothing was really working. In a passing conversation with someone they mentioned masteron impairs mobility somewhat - which resonated as I am currently running masteron, but I can't say I've heard it impacting mobility before.

Has anyone else experienced this?

I’ve never experienced any mobility issues with taking mast , the end of a prep my joints are more achy than no but I thing that due to other factors like low body fat , reduced estrogen ect

While I can't say that I've noticed this myself, there is (hypothetically) a certain amount of logic to it. Masteron (and other aas) could potentially induce a certain degree of hypertonia due to cns stimulation. That could impede overall flexibility. That's just a hypothesis on my part though, and I have not noticed it when I've used masteron.

How much are you taking? DHT causes the muscle to remain contracted. It gives a good look but not the best for performance or mobility. A person or race horse is fastest after discontinuing winstrol for this reason. But with Mast it typically takes a higher dose.

How much are you running and with what else? High mast with not enough test can make me feel flat.

Hey guys

Thanks for responses

440 test
280 npp
350 mast
440 EQ

Definitely not flat but also running 5iu GH ed and a high carb diet as pushing for performance related goals. Bloods from last week showed e2 at 90pmol/l (UK values - we use different units to the US because, well, lord knows 😂 I think it's about 35-40ish in US freedom units)

I might drop the mast and see if anything changes. Wonder if seem thing exists with primo?

Is this a normal cycle for you? You could just be too pumped eq npp,gh and high carbs...you could just be really full. That can hinder mobility

Yes a pretty standard cycle for me. I'm not 100% convinced on it being mast and will keep looking through my training for some sort of imbalance. But I'll drop the mast too and see if I notice any change over next 3/4 weeks or so

I’d say it’s probably more to do with hgh. When I’m on hgh at any dose I feel rigid all over. Kind of an overall stiffness. Harder to bend over, harder to tie my shoes. It definitely does something to my overall mobility.

I recently just came off hgh after being on a while and im
Much more loose/limber after a few weeks off of it and Iv gained weight too. So it’s definitely something to do with the hgh.

Interesting - I hadn't considered it being the growth! Easier one to drop and rule out too!

Funny you say this. I said this earlier on this forum and everyone jumper on me that it could not be the case.

Gh fucks your joints

It didn’t hurt my joints but it does make them stiff. It’s part of what acromegaly does. And excess hgh production naturally causes this as can taking exogenous hgh. That’s how I got this horrible case of trigger finger in both my hands. Even low doses of hgh can have side effects for some users im
One of them. It’s hard to really care what anyone’s opinion is when it happens to you lol. All drugs and hormones can have a plethora of side effects in different individuals.

Exactly my thoughts. I am the same, even on low dose GH sides :(

You notice you have to eat less now without GH?

No actually my appetite has increased without hgh. And im training harder longer abs heavier too. And im
Recovering just fine without it.

I’d personally check hydration and electrolytes first. You’re on a good cycle with a decent amount of HGH.

At least make sure you’re getting 1.5 gallons in daily, add electrolytes in AM and do the thing all of us bodybuilders hate- stretch or get deep tissue work done.
