My next show is October 1st. I have just started my 16 week training phase. The goal… all out muscle growth

Following along bro, looking great. Have you run low dose DHB before? Also, you feel ok with primo being same dose as test? Just anecdotally for me, I like test higher than primo. You’re obviously doing things right though…awesome brotha!

Question…..your split you posted, your quad volume is a lot lower than your ham/glute work. Is this because that’s what your quads respond best to, or are you putting quads on maintenance because they look like small trees and you want to bring up the posterior chain to match?

Also, I see your close to 80 sets a week right now. Taking every work set to damn near failure, will you continue this intensity as you. Titrate volume up to 100-120 sets?

I have all my drugs higher than test generally. I run test in the 2-3mg kg range when on a course. These are all starting doses and will climb. I don’t think dhb is low at 50mg. It’s a very powerful drug

There isn’t much difference. Quads starts at 6 sets and hams at 9.
All muscle groups will have one set added until week 10 (so a total of 9 extra sets) from there the next 6 weeks will see intensity techniques used. Volume will climb the whole way and surpass 120sets weekly total
