Thanks, I really appreciate the feedback. Yeah I am normally a person who wakes up after 5hrs of sleep. This hgh has helped me sleep a full 8 and feel rested which is nice. Notice my hands get tight also.
 
Noticing lots of consistent growrh and strength with this combo, loving the process. My shoulder tendons were a little wacky at the start and it was hard to bench, but slowly they now feel about 95% so perhaps another pro.

Another great week, up again to 223lbs. Feeling strong and healthy which is nice. Not feeling heavy or bogged down. Good feedback from my coach Justin too, said I look leaner and fuller/bigger so the IGF and HGH combo must be working.

Its pretty cool how the pumps stay intense and solid even 6 weeks in. I know people say insulin pumps go away eventually. This igf makes me have to rest my arms from crazy shoulder pump haha. Im a big believer considering the results thusfar.

Its crazy how good the pumps feel, legs is the best/worst feeling when you get done with a set and are shaking and that burning sensation is in your quads. Enjoying the process, might have to up the calories with my body processing the food so good on the igf and hgh.

Liking the consistent growth, slow and steady like it should be. Currently up again week to week at 224.2lbs. Happy with the way this offseason growth is going thanks to these new compounds, insubolic and qtropin. Staying full, strong and relatively tight for going full bulk. Seriously considering increasing my calorie intake along with hgh and Insubolic dosage to see how much growth I can get with the increased nutrient partitioning.

Haven't gotten measured but my waist is around 32inch. So not too crazy for offseason weight, especially considering my weight has increased since starting qtropin and insubolic by around 13lbs and my waist hasn't changed. Diets been on point also, if I were to guess I'd say around 13-16%. I still have abs just watery.
 
Good log but I don’t see why many look toward carb cycling when prime factor is growth just get doing more cardio in the morning add things to help free up fatty acids fast afterward then consume meal 1

priority is growing food has to be stable in my opinion just factor in the above to help burn up some fat I truly believe if we look deep enough into yohmbine sibutramine gh these three examples with 1 hour cardio fasted will keep you plenty lean and not need to do the bouncy with carb cycling and grow nice and tight sib 5 hour Half life out before meal 1 if you fast long enough some green tea with meals helps too

just my two scents not everyone wants to apply more drugs or cardio but hell it works.
 
Another solid workout, unfortunately I think I pulled my right intercostal on going too low with leg press yesterday. Only slight annoyance but there is pain. Luckily don't feel it on any chest movements. Current weight is up to 224.8lbs, going to try 8ius of qtropin hgh starting this week to see if it's a noticeable difference in tissue retention and body recomp.

Today's back workout was overall solid but unfortunately had to go lighter on a lot of lifts due to slight pain in intercostal. I dont want to make it worse so just listening to my body. Certain movements I could go full throttle but rows but wayyy too much pressure on it. Frustrating but hopefully it heals soon from igf and hgh. Aside from the small injury body and mind feel healthy and fresh. Had a solid pump regardless of lighter weight.

Did you have a chance to inj Insubolic IM (into the muscle you trained)? Try injecting 200 mcg in your chest or biceps/delts, 100 mcg in each side and leave some feedback here, plz

Thats actually my current protocol. I do my qtropin when I wake up in the morning. Later in the day i inject insubolic into the muscle group I'm training that day preworkout.

I like it a lot, that's how I get super good pumps in my workout so I've stuck to it. Also have energy for days in my workout so I have to force myself to not overtrain haha.
 
Seen this to they walk around with imaginary lat syndrome i laugh at this they are a joke

this is exactly how they walk about all bloated not one vein just pure fat

So a long delayed update. Basically after having that intercostal strain, I had to train lighter as to not agitate it further. Really limited lots of movements. I continued on my bulk until the beginning of March where I decided I can train AS heavy as I'd like so let's start recomping. That has turned into getting ready for the NPC Jr. Nationals on June 18th, haha.

I'm currently 6 weeks into my diet and 9 weeks out. I compete I classic physique so there is a weight cap but currently sitting at 210lbs. I've been taking Qtropin hgh 4uis ED and the fat has been falling off quickly, intercostal strain healed and I'm just as strong as peak offseason. Trying to figure out how to integrate insubolic in my protocol.

Currently 8 weeks out from Jr. Nationals, feeling flatter than a pancake.but that's part of the process. Lifts and strength are solid throughout and energy is holding good. I didnt use hgh my last prep and I'm noticing a difference in how fast I drop bodyfat using using qtropin along side the diet. Feeling good with the size I put on during this shortened offseason, im sure the qtropin and insubolic played a big roll in that for tissue retention. These are all no pump, first thing in the morning check in photos.

Depends haha, I use to measure 5'10 when I was younger at the doc, lately when competing I've been measuring in at 5'9.5+ so I'm going to aim for that weight group. Which is 197lbs at the amateur level
