So I'm about 9 weeks into my offseason but just been crusing on 175mg of test e post show. About to ramp it up with new compounds I've never tried before Qtropin (HGH)and Insubolic (human Recombinant IGF1). Excited to see what kind of solid weight I can throw on, on top of my AAS.

Gear -
Test E - 500mg/wk
Primo E 500mg/wk
Hgh (Qtropin) - 4iu daily
IGF1(insubolic) 200mcg daily preworkout

Cardio - 15min HIIT a few times a week just to keep heart and glucose healthy.

Diet
I've been working with Justin Harris since my show earlier in the year, first offseason with him. Its a carb cycling style diet.

Current weight is 211.2 lbs (5'9) first thing in the morning. I will try and get some current photos and post, fluffy for me but I feel like my body grows best this way. Over the years I kept it tight(not over 8-9% bf) and saw little to no improvement so time to go back to old school.

Training split
3 days on, 1 day off.
 
Today was my first day on protocol, for sure noticed nutrient shuttling effects of the igf1, or atleast I think that's what cause the craziest pumps ever in my chest, endlessly pumped up like a balloon. Felt super cool, never had that kind of pump. I injected spot injected the Insubolic directly into each pec preworkout, I was told its best to inject into the muscle trained.

No real gauge of strength since just starting but overall workout went smooth with good energy

So today i woke up and noticed my chest was more sore than its felt in years, all over. Kinda nice since I've always correlated soreness with hypertrophy. Maybe the igf spot injections are helping, well see as this log goes on.

I had the same crazy pump today in my back workout so the insubolic and hgh are for sure adding facilitating that effect, solid workout that had a lasting pump and energy.

Woke up today heavier by 2lbs (213.6). which surprised me since it was a regular carb day yesterday (300grams). I look much fuller for sure, chest looks like a balloon.
Curious to see how my body responds when I do high carbs tomorrow.

Today was a solid workout improved on a few lifts, biceps I couldn't lift anymore from the sheer amount of pump in my arms. Felt like I had to force them to hang down haha. Loving how the combo of these two makes workouts feel. Overall tons of energy during my workouts too. Forcing myself to stop rsther than overdo it. Loving the combo so far from these two compounds.

Today was a high carb day so was very excited to see how my workout would be coupled with the insubolic. Seeing a reoccurring theme of solid pumps, delts felt on fire during my side raises, had to rest my arms on my legs haha. I took a pic at the end of the workout to show the fullness. Pretty awesome.

Today is the last training day of week 1. Super happy with results thusfar. Workouts feel great, did legs today and got up to a 10 plate leg press for 12 reps. Pretty happy overall with the leg pumps. Was able to push hard entire leg workout and currently legs are spaghetti haha.
 
Today was my the start of my 2nd week on the combo of Insubolic + Qtropin. Currently at 215.6lbs after a high day so up 4lbs from the start, I know starting testosterone probably helped thst as well although I do feel much more fullness and pumps in my lifts since starting the IGF1.

Today was another solid day with a pump the entire workout. Really liking the feeling because I tend to lose my pump mid back workout from intensity but since starting these compounds just feeling full and strong the entire workout.

Overall today was pretty solid, strength improvements all around. Personal PR on the seated plate loaded shoulder press, side delts had a pretty wicked pump again been doing 4ius hgh preworkout alongside 200mcg insubolic IM spot injections and liking that protocol so far. Gotta post a rear delt shot.

Overall todays shoulder workout had an intense pump. I'd have to say shoulder pump ia my least favorite feeling. Legit have to rest my arms on my legs because it burns. IGF1 doing work, all my lifts were up this week. Solid progress, looking forward to see how my offseason continues.

Yesterday's workout i had a crazy workout pump. My legs felt so pumped during my workout like I couldn't go all the way down haha. The end result was noodle legs, overall great push and endurance during the workout. Happy with results thusfar
