How much of a rule do you find nutrient/meal timing really plays in body composition?
In this day of “science based” things, I feel like this has mostly fell out of practice with most just saying “it all comes down to daily macros”.
To the more advanced guys, how much of a role did you find nutrient timing played in developing your physique, staying lean while adding tissue etc?
