MEASURING GH??

if you add 2ml of water to a 10iu vial of gh what you get is 5iu of gh per ml. meaning if i put 1ml into a 100iu slin syringe all i would get is 5iu of gh ......right??

or use 1 ml water and 50 iu = 5iu
