Squat
Opened with 550 Easy but very unstable
2nd - 600 (30lb meet pr) Alot stronger than the 550. After watching the video I could not believe how fast it came up.
3rd - 635 My belt was way too tight and I lost my air on the way down. Almost took the platform nap. MISSED

Bench
Opened with 400 and missed it at the top.
2nd - 400 Got it. Tied meet pr.
3rd - 420 Missed just shy of lockout.
Deadlift
Opened with 500. It's gone up better but still got it.
2nd - 540 hitched it right at lockout MISS
3rd - 540 Got it. 10lb meet pr. 541 would not have gone!
1540 @ at a light 242 compared to 1500 @ 275 at the Wolverine. I was about 15lbs lighter for this one. My main goal coming in was the 600 squat and until yesterday I wasn't 100% sure I got credited for it (a mix up with the lights I think). I was big time dissapointed with the benching. I should have at least hit 425. I laid off a little on the deadlift training for this one. That's probably the main reason I didn't have a back injury this time around LOL!!! I was hoping to see the second session but I had prior commitments that night. Damn that meet was huge. The APF Michigan only continues to get bigger and better. It was great to meet Karen Sizemore too. She is a very nice person.
