Since gh decreases insulin sensitivity and metformin (glucophage) is designed to increase it, would using both in conjunction be a good idea?
the interactions are all so horribly complicated, its sometimes a wonder we can grow at all
Amen.
Tyler the best approach is to look at what the best trainers do.
Razor Ripped is aware of that post and now tempers the use of Metformin BUT as both he and I agree Metformin has a huge benefit in several ways.
When he asked me if I thought it should be abandoned I told him "hell no". Just pay more attention to when and how you use it.
He had great success with his trainees who use Met and he still has great success with his trainees who use Met.And... like everything else more attention needs to be paid to such details IF you are natural. Steroids allow people to not be forced to focus on that much detail...
can we just use MET alone without using any GH or insulin? Would this help improve insulin sensitivity?
