Berberine is a great substitute for metformin as well. My fasted BG was around 110-120 after two weeks on This I got it down to 80-90

I have also switched from metformin to berberine, berberine lowered the hell out of my fasted BG.

My fasted BG on May 22nd bloodwork was 74 while on 6iu daily of HGH

I haven't used the diydro simply because regular berberine works great for me so I must be absorbing it well.

Believe me I'm not an expert on these things but from what I read from the other people that are in the know they say they take it at night so whether you do a thousand or 500 at night before bed I think that's the one that helps you the most but you may want to ask Luki man you seems pretty intelligent

Do you ever have a problem with berberin becoming ineffective after about 3 months?

It does that to me..I stop taking it for a few weeks then it starts working again
