I thought I saw it on PM but I must be mistaken I can't find it.

He got in awesome shape for that movie at the age of 52 what an inspiration to the over 40 crowd.

I remember what he got in the movie from we all know who... sustanon, tren, arimidex, anadrol, insulin, and dbol for 995. Something about "q," too I think

Wtf. Slin? No way he used slin to get in shape for that movie. You sure your not mistaken slin for gh? I know a lot of celebrities use gh. Hell, I've even talked to Sylvester Stallone about it because he comes to golf at the country I'm a member at.

I was making a point. I could care less wtf mickey rourke was on. I do know a few celebrities so I thought I could chime in and shed some light.

nobody knows other than Mickey himself.. Who cares though? What worked for him won't necessarily work for you.

I know a lot of dudes who try to workout like arnold, try to take his exact combo of AAS, and guess what? They don't look a thing like him.

c'mon guys genetics have its role, but that physique is attainable without elite genetics.

i hear you tattered... however remember that he spoke often in interviews about his serious training and steriod use for quite a few years either right after or before the boxing attempt...

oh btw i know youll appreciate this... i flipped my first tyre 2day.. fack its tough...

mickey has a lifetime of training to draw muscle memory from.. and to add yes.. he has good genetics... his bone structure lent itself well to him being that shape.

rightt you know exactly how long he has trained for and what his ethics are

none the less the physique is attainable without elite genetics - might take you longer then it did him, you might have to put more work in with diet and training but again it is an attainable physique.

too many people latley have using the word genetics in place of hard work. Elite genetics take you to the next level, can get you to where you want to be quicker, but having a body like micky's is very much attainable with aas, hard training, and strict diet. I never said it would be easy or quick. elite genetics are not needed for "that" physique.

I agree a 20 year old man can get that physique rather easily with diet/genetics/gear assuming he is an ectomorph. It has not as easy for a 50 year old man, especially with no loose skin. And what do you mean "ethics" ? You also have to realize ... genetics doesnt just mean you look like markus ruhl ... IMO, a guy who is 180lbs with muscles that flow, has a lot better genetics than a 300lb 3gram a weeker who has crap symetry and just looks like a house. Observe his look more closely, you can see he has great genetics.

*and fully belly, congrats on your first tire! its fun isnt it!
