mixing HCG

The HCG i just got comes with one amp of water and one with powder

how do you go about mixing, storing, and using this???

In the past, I got it in two seperate bottles.

The way I do it is Ill Just add the water then pull it all out in a 3cc syringe.
Then I store it in my Hcg box with the other amps and Just use my insulin Pin and Draw from the top little hole in the Syringe, cap it and put it back in the box. Not sure its the "right" or best way, But just whats always worked for me.

draw the water into a syringe, and shoot it into the am w/ powder. it will mix and dissolve on it's own, then draw that solution into the syringe. one thing i have been told is that hcg is very very fragile so dont shoot the water directly into the powder, just do it at an angle and let it run down the inside of the amp to the powder. it needs to be kept in a fridge...i do what raj does and leave it in the 3ml syringe in the fridge. one time, i didnt have access to a fridge i could leave the syringe in so i kept it in as cool of a place as i could find in my room. i did notice somewhat of a different effect, but it still worked fine.
