So HGH is one thing I know nothing about, I never bothered studying it since it was never in my price range. Now that MK677 is readily available, I'm pretty curious. There's a lot of talk about blood sugar issues/possibly developing diabetes. Is this a dose dependent thing? Is it avoidable or fairly likely? I always saw HGH as something you took like TRT, all year. Trying to gauge what I'd be getting into

Dose dependant; it's more prone to causing high BG due to the pulsatile nature. Imagine a dozen small GH shots a day, it would stress the pancreas quite a lot. Most are ok on 10-12 mgs a day. My fasting BG used to be in the 90s when using MK, as opposed to low 80s usually.

Worst is the water retention; it's effects on your BP. Also Have to keep that in mind when running it long term.

Best sleep ever tho :)

I haven't experienced any BG issues overall but I do not take it every day and would not. I take it generally four days a week at 12.5 mgs. I'm overall please and haven't had to deal with the BG issues and water retention, etc. Granted, my spike in IGF is also not as high but it's consistent and I'm look more for the anti aging, small boost in physique not a massive increase that some are.

I'm undecided if I like take 2-3 IU's of hgh 4-5 days a week or the MK. Right now I actually take MK three days a week and 2 iu hgh three days a week. Overall if you are not using either every single day and at low to moderate doses you should be fine.
