ML vs MG vs CC ???? NEWBIE CONFUSED

So I am freaking confused. I have done cycle of Dbol (oral) and now considering an injectable like Sus and Dec...but i want to be educated before i purchase or make any decision.

Can someone answer this question for me.

If I have Sustanon 250/ 10ml.... How my CC's are in this bottle? Also, I hear that you should take 500mg a week. How may mg are in this bottle?

Im lost, i know this seems like a newbie question... and it is.... any help would be appreciated.

1ml=1CC it's just different terminology
if you want to take 500mg per week, you need 2 ml per week. Sustanon is 250mg/1ml so in a 10ml vial there is 2500mg. so you have enough for 5 weeks, which is not long enough. you need another 10ml vial of sustanon.
