What diet and cardio approach do you take if you don't mine me asking.

Also those arms. What's a typical arm workout like n does this vary on season to off season

About the diet and cardio, I'll expand on that a bit later in the thread I just inserted the link of, but as for arms, I hardly train them anymore, maybe once every two weeks or so... more and I've noticed they lost size... they're already working enough with most chest/shoulders pressing exercices (tri's), and back rows/pulls (bi's).

Different type of transformation

I was an intravenous drug user
Using and addicted to a handful of substances at the same time

I was down to 125. I remember being arrested and when I was going thru booking they asked my weight. I told them 175 and the deputies started laughing hysterically at me. I didn't understand until "Hey step on the scale here big man!" And it read 124.9

Now older and 3 years clean I am around 210-220 and trying to get a 1450-1500 raw total with wraps
