mouth wash orals

how do u make orals with mouth wash? ive heard of this before but havent found much about it. it already has peg 40,and benzoic acid which im not sure, but thought i saw these ingrediants in some oral recipe. it has many other ingrediants, im not sure if they will ruin the steroid
