I've been on MT-II for over two years. Right now, I am doing only 0.33mg once per week and I go tanning once a week as well for 10min only on a regular bed. This gives me fairly good tan (probably 5 tones darker than my skin color and I used to be fair skinned). I use it year round and probably get a bit darker in the summer, but since I'm using it all year to give me a nicer tone, I don't want to go too dark as to look too freaky...
What it gave me; I can go in the morning/late afternoon sun without protection without burning where as before I would burn pretty easy. I went with 0.5mg for more than a year, but finally lowered it as the nausea was pretty bad. I start feeling nauseaous 5min or quicker after an inject. Hence, I have lowered the dosage to 0.33mg now (3ml solution and draw 10IUs). Still getting nauseaous though. Not a great feeling and makes me want to stop at times...
