I am currently on a cycle with Sust. 500 wk, Dec 250, and a bit of Test E to dilute the Sust. sting.
Worked out on Tuesday and went to complete failure on every exercise. I'm not doing a split system, I'm doing full body work out - warm up, then two set to complete failure. Rep range, 8 - 15.
Since I am 67, I have to be careful - recovery speed is less than you young guys. I felt tired and sore for a few days, so I did not work out again until today - about 5 days later.
I did fewer exercises - (using machines only) - chest back, pushing, pulling - 60% of my RM and did not go to complete failure. Got a moderate pump but not what you would get with a gut-busting workout.
My question is, will I get any growth out of this workout? Will it just help to maintain until I do another gut-buster? Does stimulating the muscle at some level in an AAS cycle enable growth?
