Sodium is kept the same then eliminated the night before entirley .
Diazyde 1/2 Tab the night before and 1/2 tab in the morning. Just sips of water thorugh the day of competition.
If late at night 1/2 more.
Midazolam- used from start to finish for sleep
Supplements: Omega 3, Liv 52 , Vitamins, Protein Powder. Thats it
