so my dad is 55, turning 56 soon, and the guy is completely ripped. hasn't lifted since he wrestled in high school and he hardly eats at all. the only workout he does other than working construction is 2 sets of 100 pushups every morning. his diet usually goes something like this...an english muffin for breakfast, two pieces of fruit for lunch, a large dinner of whatever my mom makes, and then ice cream with potato chips at night. weighs about 170 pounds solid with better abs than me. i would guess less than 10 %bf... just another example of genetics i guess, but i hope i look as good as him at that age...while he's watching tv working his way through a bag of chips i will be at the gym lol. god bless
