Just started shivering and sweating last night. Spent most of the night hallucinating. Was absoulutly fine that morning.
My stomach is horrendous had to skip the gym this morning and come home from work at lunch.
I think i got some horrible flu bug coming on.
What i want to ask is obviously training is off. But if i dont eat alot. Will i lose just fat or muscle as well. I dont mind losing fat obviously.
Should i drink weight gain drink or just soup which i usualy have when im ill. I figured the weight gain drink maybe better as it has carbs and protien.
I take it i should also continue with my jabs as well? Not that im looking foward to that.
