Thanks everyone. She started a lill over 320, she lost around 80 in the first 6 months and has just had slower but consistent wt loss since. I could never explain how blessed i have been yo bbe able to play a small role in what she has accomplished. Outside of what I listed above she was also diabetic.... No more.

She amazes and inspires me so I just thought she may inspire some others.

That's awesome. As a PCOS patient, I know how difficult it is to get your hormones to play along in your attempts to get healthy.

I have a ways to go... starting out, but I hate to hear women with PCOS complain about how easy it is to gain and how hard it is to lose... it's still not impossible. This lady is such a great example of hard work and determination. What a huge accomplishment!

Awesome transformation! You mention her diabetes is gone ( was she type 2?) ...how about her other auto immune diseases ??
many times those are self impossed ( well your dr won't think so ) diet related ..
