Yes I am making a post as my wife and the little one's are out visiting.

I know I told you guys I was not going to go over 245lbs and compete next yr at 210 to 220 but I got carried away and here is my current weight a whooping 268lbs off cycle.

here is how you do it

Step #1. When your wife gets to about six months of her pregnancy begin to eat all the bread, pasta, ice cream and all the kit kats that you want.

#2. Convince yourself it's Winter and everyone else is fat anyway so begin your binge drinking on Thursdays at least a 12 pack a day or what's the point remember it says bud light on the bottle and it's made of wheat and barley carb up baby carb up.

#3. In the month of December since it is the holidays treat yourself to at least one bag of Christmas Red and Green M&M's every other day and wash that down with their chocalate covered almond brothers. Now that you have done that make sure the week of Christmas you totally put on some MASS by killing a dozen tray of red and green cupcakes every couple of days and as Arnold said "Milk is for BABIES" so hit at least a six pack with them and your really going to see the mass.

This fellas is how you gain true MASS. Of course this is a joke but I wanted to share with you how I gained 23 lbs since my little girl's birth 3wks ago. I guess now I'll have to shit myself to death after the holidays to get rid of this much weight surely I'll be 280 by jan 1st ya think.

Yeah man the holidays will really help you put on some mass, latley where I work there is always some kind of Christmas treats lying around. I tell myself ah what the hell, it the holidays, I'll just have one, and once I've had one I can't stop until there all gone.:D
