heybro, looking good.. i have talked to phil about ya before and you diffintely have drive.. what is the training like??.. are you doing phils workout (sweatin' to the oldies volume 4) or are you doing something different..?? you have a lot of mass and from just seeing the photos, you frame can hold a lot and not get "bunched"..good grainy look...just do not let phil talk ya into going into figure competition...i fell for that one once...ONCE..

I dont really think i deserve it
i have alot of improvements to make, particularly in my lower body
i am preparing for the Pittsburgh in May
hopefully i dont get slaughtered

in the pics, i am 5'5'' and 194lbs
so i will either be at the low end of the LHW or high end of the MW
