Here you guys go, my picture and diet log for Nationals...Here you will get my pics and training/diet notes...Starting now at 15 weeks out to showtime...Maybe you will learn something new or maybe not, but Im putting this up here so you guys and can what Magnum and I did for this 2009 Nationals...Here is my diet at this time...
Meal 1
6 whole eggs (large)
Meal 2
6oz. lean beef patty (93%)
1 scp. Whey Isolate
2 tbsp Natural Penut Butter
Meal 3
8oz. Ground Turkey
green salad w/2 tbsp olive oil
Meal 4
same as Meal 2
Meal 5
8oz. Sirlon Steak or Lean Ground beef patty (93%)
Meal 6
same as Meal 1
Here is my training split for right now
Mon - Chest AM/ Arms PM
Tues - Abs, traps and forearms
Wens - Quads AM/ Calves PM
Thurs - Deltoids AM/ Arms PM
Fri - Back AM/ Hams, abs PM
cardio is 30 mins everyday pretty low intensity for now, I've been using the treadmill or a bike

weight is at 242.5lbs as this morning on a empty stomach
