My train partner Bluto new to board

Hi guys welcome Bluto one my training partners he doing first show soon currently weighing 265pound 5 weeks out at 6 foot should come in 250 shredded to the bone. Dam he strong we make up our own db he was doing the 320pound db for rows of 8 reps. I bloody pulled my hamstring struggling on the 270pound dumbbell row. Bluto , alot smart guys on this board great to learn I tell ya :)

250 shredded will be :eek: Especially for first show!
 
Will make sure to get some shots up a little closer as well as at the show :)
 
Yeah, I was training with BigKiwi & Bluto a few weeks back & he's going to look freeky :eek: & he's gotta be one of the strongest guys I've seen (natural that is).
I think he'll clean up!

Awesum to workout with the BigKiwi when i can, hes a animal. Also a real nice guy.

Ive been looking thru this site and learnt alot. Really good 2 see people being upfront about supplements and training. Man there is alot of big guys around the world, just makes ya wana train harder :)

Well i gota go down another couple of hundred grams of tuna- yum.

Yeah he is big strong lad Bluto are you 24 or 25 ?? can't remember . We better start getting into some more posing practice , will come train chest on Monday with ya bro. Yummy tuna I think training Hamstrings with Jerry Sienfeld on Sunday if ya keen :)

Bluto welcome to the board .......I am sure any friend of Big Kiwi's has to be way cool .....goodluck in your show ......sounds as if you will do great ...........You guys sound insanely strong ........What are your best lifts for like maybe 4-6 reps on each major bodypart ? I would like to compare to my bests at my strongest ..........I know Big Kiwi said he could military 500 lbs [ world record if you look it up ......Joe Ohnasi maybe ] I can't imagine the other lifts you guys might be able to do .......I thought I was a strong guy ....
 
seated shoulder press behind head freeweight 430pound 4-5 reps but never military pressed at all to be honest :) usually do 400pd for 7+ reps most weeks :)

My little lifts

My strongest body parts are probably back and legs. Ive been training for 4 years, but the first 3yrs i was playing competive rugby and athletics so could not train as much and as hard as now. So only been training 5-6 times a week and using supplements 18mths ago.
My Squats r powerlifter style- deep as possible, got 6 clean reps with 300kg (660pnds) last week. And have done 320kg but as im dieting not pushing it 2 hard. When i get weight back up il wana be squating 340kg.
Back: Deadlift was 280kg(616pnds) but that was a year ago( afta one cylcle) when was not training so hard on rows, now deadlifts and rows kill my lower back, afta i bulk up again wana deadlift again. BB rows just go up2 200kg(440pnds) for 8-12 reps. DB Row which we make i have done 5 reps ech side with a 145kg DB(320pnds) with good form believe it or not, just always loved them.
Bench is weak point for me, best 1rpm with no spot is 210kg(450pnds), but have repped 80kg(180pnds)dbs chest press.
