My strongest body parts are probably back and legs. Ive been training for 4 years, but the first 3yrs i was playing competive rugby and athletics so could not train as much and as hard as now. So only been training 5-6 times a week and using supplements 18mths ago.
My Squats r powerlifter style- deep as possible, got 6 clean reps with 300kg (660pnds) last week. And have done 320kg but as im dieting not pushing it 2 hard. When i get weight back up il wana be squating 340kg.
Back: Deadlift was 280kg(616pnds) but that was a year ago( afta one cylcle) when was not training so hard on rows, now deadlifts and rows kill my lower back, afta i bulk up again wana deadlift again. BB rows just go up2 200kg(440pnds) for 8-12 reps. DB Row which we make i have done 5 reps ech side with a 145kg DB(320pnds) with good form believe it or not, just always loved them.
Bench is weak point for me, best 1rpm with no spot is 210kg(450pnds), but have repped 80kg(180pnds)dbs chest press.
