NPC Pittsburgh 5/3
Junior USA 5/17
Grand Prix 5/31
and or Indianapolis 6/7

(GP and Indy are same city, one weekend away)

I want to use the Pitt as a warm up show. Probably won't change anything except for dropping my water the day before. Balls to the wall for Junior USA and then hold tight to do the Indy shows so I can actually have some friends come and see the show.

Haven't posed at all. I know my side quarter turns and front lat need improvement, but it'll come. I have somebody doing my prep, so I won't be thinking at all. Right now I'm 260-265 depending on food and water intake. 5'9 on a tall day.

Dave....the legs are HUGE! For 17 weeks out your in good shape with lots of time to still make improvements weekly. Great job.

One thing I noticed....are you having trouble with your back or shoulder? It looks like you cant spread your left lat out fully.

I think it's just an imbalance I need to work on. I saw that myself and it's been there for a while. I'm going to add some left lat work in from here on out. I think it's because I used to pitch for 10 years and my right lat was always bigger. Probably just favor that one side.

Hams are hanging off of ya. They strengthen your side shots tremendously. You'll do well at jr. USA's. You've got a lot of shows lined up. I could maybe see 3, but man you're intense for doing 4. Good luck, keep us posted!

They're all within a month. I figured the first show I'm not depleting or anything. I'm just walking in "as is" and dropping my water. Junior USA I'll peak for. The two Indy shows are so close after, and I live in Indy, so I'd feel like a wuss for not doing staying on point and doing at least one of them. I really want people to come to a show this year. I hate showing up with like two people. I train people in Indianapolis, have lots of friends, and the city isn't HUGE like when I was in Philly. I'd like to get about 20 people there to watch. Just like the support.

My arms are my weakest point. I didn't really flex them in the shots, just went through the motions... but they are my most lagging body part. They ARE growing, just slow.
 
Looking good dave. Main already picked up on the same thing I did with your lats. Concentrate on getting them to POP as you hit the front dbl bi and rear dbl bi. Juist think lat spread with arms over head. But with 17 weeks you have time to correct this. keep the update coming and like RR said, hams are killer bro. Should do well in your shows.
