Patrick Moore Knocks Out Gym Owner, Breaks Down Fight Video

This is much more entertaining than Mike Van Wyck vs. Jeff Nippard.

The basic story is Moore was late on paying his personal training rent, him and the gym owner made an agreement to settle it, then the next morning Moore goes to the gym and the owner is ready to fight him. But he didn't realize Moore boxed for years and was a Golden Gloves champion. He even kept his hands down and let the gym owner throw the first few punches. But at one point he grabbed Moore's Olympia jacket, ripped it, and Moore went in for the knockout. The whole thing was captured on surveillance camera. Moore, Dave Palumbo, Chris Aceto (Moore's coach), and Armon Adibi break it down.

Wow, I did not know that but it does not surprise me. I know he basically scammed people on this and other sites which is really shitty but I still liked him overall though. Concreter is still alive though? His regimens were WILD.

They discuss this in the episode. After the gym owner got knocked out he ran inside the gym, locked it, and called the police. Moore stayed outside. When the police came they talked to Moore and he said the owner was inside 'probably doing some shit' and one of the officers laughed - this officer was a member of the gym and the police already knew the owner was selling gear out of the place. The gym also has a legit TRT / peptide clinic in it so it's not like they were trying to hide it. Moore also showed the police text messages of the owner trying to sell him gear.

Adibi and King Kamali have gone on and on about 'bro code' and how you can't tell on guys selling gear, saying we've all done it, etc. I know I personally never have and Moore said he never has. Moore went on a 'fuck a code' rant and said with his upbringing he knows way more about a code than those guys.

Moore letting it be known the guy sold gear had nothing to do with how this started - that was over rent payments - it was just something that came out when he was talking to police.

That doesn't sound any better really. It also doesn't help his case to say 100x over that he came from a rough background. Usually if that's true about you, you don't feel like saying it all the time. Some people wear their neighborhood on their sleeve like being from an area with crime automatically makes you tough. But there's nerds and awkward kids who read comic books in the hood just like everywhere else.

As crazy as this situation was it sadly is just another day in the world of professional bodybuilding.

I stopped training at the private hardcore gyms where I live because of this drama. It happens way more than people think.

Seeing and hearing this stuff really confirms why the athletes need to make more money in this sport. However, it also doesn’t excuse someone’s behavior or trying to rat on people.

I ALWAYS paid my gym/studio rent no matter how broke I was when I was an independent trainer. It would piss me off to no end when trainers who thought of themselves as local "fitness celebrities" would come in and train people without paying the gym. I mean come on, someone has built this thing to provide a useful service, and you are going to just reach in, greedy like, and take yummy yummy food away from others....despicable!

blabbing about anything at all illegal that happened prior to the police arriving and having nothing to do at all with the situation is about the biggest bitch move there is. so what if he can fight, lol doesnt mean hes not a bitch.
