My wife, looking to do first figure show in 13 weeks

Judges,

My wife is wanting to do her first figure show in about 13 weeks and I'd like to get some feedback to see where she stands at the moment. She's just recently started working on her poses so they need a lot of work and she doesn't have her suits yet so these are just in her swim suit but I think it'll do. I'd really appreciate any feedback you could provide. Thanks so much and sorry they're small, the size limit was killing me.

I personally think she has a very strong base...

she should do great if she comes in conditioned.

I agree....bring her in conditioned and she should look great.

She has good musculature, nice round muscle bellies and look at those quads! They look pretty damn strong.

I was gonna say the same thing about the quads, DANG:eek: , she has put the work in. Get her lean and I think she will do well!!!!
 
Guys,

Any glaring weakness? A little more shoulder cap? Are the quads too big and we should work them down a little? She has certainly busted her ass in the gym to earn them but I don't want them to be a detriment either. Thanks so much for the replies.

You can tell she has trained hard, be proud of her! I would hit some more rear/mid delt, kinda frontal delt heavy, kinda hard to tell from the pics tho. These days they knock on to much quad size. I have no idea why tho, but they do for some reason. Def. ask some of the fems, Lynx, Sassy, Phoenix for their thoughts for sure. Be curious to see what her progress is.

Like Hottt said...the front delts kind of overpower the the medial and rear delts.

What I would work on is back width, middle and rear delts. Keep the quads in check, but I would work on seperation and thigh sweep (outer quads). They're a little square abut I think its also how she is posing them.

He is the guru, good advice! It is easy for people to get all front delt heavy, just back off the frontal raises and see how it goes.
 
I'm sitting here drooling over her legs! She does have a great base to work with. Her shoulders could use some more work., it will help her upperbody look more V like. :) Oh and espresso, she is CUTE! :D
 
Thanks so much guys! I may have her lay off the incline presses as well then. She's a strong bencher so I'm not surprised her front delts are a bit big. We don't do any direct front delt work either, no front raises, etc.

We'll also step up the rear and mid delt work, behind the neck presses, lots of laterals side and rear, and maybe through in some seated cable rows as well for both back and rear delt.

I really appreciate the feedback.

I gotcha, I've never had a problem with them but I guess I don't need keep doing them until I do! Thanks for your help in the judges forum.

No worries guys! She's a very attractive woman and I'd be an idiot to not expect people to like how she looks. I don't see any disrespect here at all. I really appreciate all the feedback guys. Keep it coming.
