Hey Thank You, In the state of Florida I don't get a lot of love...lol
so it never gets redundant for me to hear kind comments like yours. I really appreciate it because seeing the classic look many years ago is what attracted me to bodybuilding. I honestly try to honor and portray this with my posing, presentation, and overall performance. This offseason I have made even more of commitment to this. As always Phil handles my training and diet but I have been working with an old school bodybuilder from the 60's and 70's on posing and performing. We go 3 times a week for over 2 hours with a lot of emphasis on stretching and movement. I have no idea what the promoters, judges, or audience will think next year but I am confident that the purist like yourself will appreciate my interpretation and honoring of classic bodybuilding.
My stats I am 5'11 and I competed this year @ 211 208 and last show 203
in 2008 my first under Phil I competed @ 195
I stay fairly lean in the offseason and usually walk the earth from anywhere between 225 and 212 the lower weights if I am doing some type of gig. Right now I am embarrassed to say I have ballooned to 240LBS from the 203LBS that I was on Aug 29. I have started dieting this week though as I have some upcoming gigs.
Thanks again I appreciate your kind comments
Brad thanks man. Hey I hope you compete in Nationals this year. Marilyn and I are going to try and attend as it is only a few hours drive from where we live. I know you will be busy and all but I would love to meet you and shake your hand.
Thanks Ricky but you know good photographers can make anybody look pretty...hahahaha
Once again thanks for all the nice comments.
