Chaps,

wondering what natural diuretics ppl use in order to get rid of that excess water.

Currently on test E 500mg a week...and even with adex I always get bloated..partly coz I have so many food allergies.

But when the gear gets dropped I always flatten out on the mid section.

So going abroad in a month over a weekend but wana get rid of the water without dropping test...any ideas?
 
Clenbuterol. Not natural but gets the job done.

Asparagus - doesn't get natural than this. no joke . It contains high levels of the amino acid asparagine, which serves as a natural diuretic, and increased urination not only releases fluid but helps rid the body of excess salts. U need to eat regularly and decent amount.

There u have it all natural :)

Or you can go with our badass matey boy JJB's recommendation and like he said get the job done! Lol clen doesn't sit well with me . so not for me.
 
Xpel and Diuretic Freak are two very good OTC diuretics.

Vit-C, asparagus, coffee, dandelion root.
 
Typical day consists of a pot of coffee early, (dehydrate) Then 3 protein shakes and a gallon of water to rehydrate, than a 12pack of beer. dehydrate.
Then later a gallon of milk....Like a yo-yo.lol

12 pack per day? Gallon of milk per day? Seriously... Lord. You stay lean with all that beer?

Also, despite coffee's caffeine and it's diuretic nature, studies have shown it's not enough to disrupt the hydration balance. If you drink a lot of coffee in the morning, you still gain water and hydrate despite an increase in urination. It does not throw you in a negative balance but there's obviously better choices.
 
A 12 pack of Lite is under 1000cals.
And its 2% milk not whole.
But no matter, still not hitting cals in vs cals out.
I barely gain on 6000cals in the winter doin nothing but lifting and couching.
And some fun with the wifey for cardio.
I figure for me just to maintain my muscle requires 4-5000 cals.

No worries mate. Ya defo works very good. I have had it loads in leaning out phases. But the thing is you have to have it regularly every week , make it a regular weekly shopping list items. It's not something one can have it say twice in 10 days and expect to work wonders. Defo a great addition to a cut diet, no risk/ adverse effect here. So basically can't go wrong. Kai eats loads of it even in off season.

While boating and bar hopping its close to double that!
Winters off! For the most part.
I switch to an Aspirin. lol
