Natural diuretics...

Hello all,

What "natural" diuretics have you all successfully used? I read the thread and the natural method used by homonucleus to drop water without pharmacy diuretics however I was wondering if there are any more options for natural supplementation.

How long is aldactone and lasix detectable ?

Uva Ursi, and dandelion root. Not super strong, but do work.

ive used the diet coke diuretic thing b4
for like a week b4 u need to make weight, drink diet coke with ice allll damn day, plus ure water, then u stop 1-2 days b4 the weigh in and u piss EVERYTHING out
