First of all the ass you are using will make you hold water weight(are you taking arimidex?) this will make you give a false test with skin calipers, which have a error of 4-5% to begin with(underwater is beat method for bodyfat testing)
I take the ECA stack and swear by it (take 2-3 times a day) Clen gives me occular migranes and I don't recommend it. I use to be a personal trainer when I was competing, now adays I am appalled by some of these people who calls themselves trainers. No cardio? I would suggest it 3-5 times a week(try running doing hills or intervals, 15-30 minutes) I don't know your nutrition, but I be more concerned about that. No carbs after your WO? That is when you need it most! Don't give up and you will get where you are going.
