Here's my stats:

17.5 arms
24.5 legs
36 waist (naturally wide hips) (34 when 7% bf)
46 chest
15.5 calves/forearms

Training Split:
Mon: Legs/calves/abs
Tues: Chest am/cardio pm
Wed: Rest
Thurs: Back/abs am/ cardio pm
Fri: Shoulders
Sat: Arms/abs/ cardio

Is this overtraining? Not enough? I want to maintain muscle siz and strength, but also shed some fat.

Diet:
Jack3d pre-workout, Purple Wraath post
Breakfast:2 whole eggs, 4 egg whites, 2 slice wheat toast, glass skim milk, protein shake (52g)
Mid-morning snack: banana or apple
Lunch: Varies: chicken salad, grilled chicken breast, pb&j (included), protein shake (52g), 4-5 hard boiled egg whites,
Mid-day snack: apple/banana
Dinner: Varies: grilled chicken breast, steak, grilled fish, sweet potato, veggies
Night snack: protein shake or fruit
(Eating every 2-3 hours)

What do I need to change in training, diet, anything to start shedding some weight? I've been the same weight for about 3 weeks, and have been killing it in the gym. Strength has jumped a lot. Any other info needed?

you very well may be dropping BF% WHILE gaining LBM%

yeah, I'm not a big fan of the scale in the first place. I guess I should start putting more protein in the snacks and everything, thanks. What's hilarious to me and my wife is that my shirts are super tight around my shoulders and arms, but wicked loose around the stomach. They seem to be getting shorter, does that make sense? I think it's funny. But as far as continuing to lean up, more protein? more cardio in there? and tweeks on the training split?

As Tenny said something is working. It comes down to listening to your body. If it's working sitck with it. If it's not change/tweak it.

I've been lifting for about 10-12 years, heavy and hard for the last 5-6. I can not seem to get my arms to grow right now. Like I said, strength is up which is good, but they just won't grow. Also, my left arm is about 5/8/-3/4 smaller than right. I'm right handed, so this is probably why. But for the life of me, they will not grow right now

no 2 muscles are exactly the same your fine. do some supersets, oh 5-6 yrs giant sets or 21s they will grow. imo
