36 waist (naturally wide hips) (34 when 7% bf)

15.5 calves/forearms
Training Split:
Mon: Legs/calves/abs
Tues: Chest am/cardio pm
Wed: Rest
Thurs: Back/abs am/ cardio pm
Fri: Shoulders
Sat: Arms/abs/ cardio
Is this overtraining? Not enough? I want to maintain muscle siz and strength, but also shed some fat.
Diet:
Jack3d pre-workout, Purple Wraath post
Breakfast:2 whole eggs, 4 egg whites, 2 slice wheat toast, glass skim milk, protein shake (52g)
Mid-morning snack: banana or apple
Lunch: Varies: chicken salad, grilled chicken breast, pb&j (included), protein shake (52g), 4-5 hard boiled egg whites,
Mid-day snack: apple/banana
Dinner: Varies: grilled chicken breast, steak, grilled fish, sweet potato, veggies
Night snack: protein shake or fruit
(Eating every 2-3 hours)
What do I need to change in training, diet, anything to start shedding some weight? I've been the same weight for about 3 weeks, and have been killing it in the gym. Strength has jumped a lot. Any other info needed?
