ok im new to all this so i could use some advice from you guys if you dont mind
my daily diet consist roughly(used fitday.com to calculate) of the following
9510 calories
624g fat
249g carbs
768g protein
stats -
21yr old
6'0
190
BF- around id say 15-20%-
goal is to GROW and gain mass
body structure is slim/athletic type build
anything else yall need please let me know
but the question is for someone like me is this a good start for a diet to grow? im a noob to bodybuilding diet/workout
calories seem kinda high to me?
please knock the shit out of this so i can change whatever foods i need if it is not a good way to go
