ok im new to all this so i could use some advice from you guys if you dont mind

my daily diet consist roughly(used fitday.com to calculate) of the following

9510 calories

624g fat

249g carbs

768g protein

stats -
21yr old
6'0
190
BF- around id say 15-20%-


goal is to GROW and gain mass

body structure is slim/athletic type build


anything else yall need please let me know

but the question is for someone like me is this a good start for a diet to grow? im a noob to bodybuilding diet/workout


calories seem kinda high to me?

please knock the shit out of this so i can change whatever foods i need if it is not a good way to go

You made a mistake at Fitday. There is NO WAY you are eating that many calories. You need to take into account serving sizes.

If this is serious, you can be assured of one thing - you'll get very fat.

Yuo'll probably throw your blood lips way off, too, with all that fat.

With yuor stats:
300 gms protein MAX
500 gms carb
100 gms fats - good EFA's from Flaxseed oil, Olive oil, nuts, Natural peanut butter

Do this for two weeks. Weigh yourself at the beginning of the two weeks, and at the end. Weigh and write down everything you eat, calculating the gms of protein, carbs, and fat.

If you've gained only a pound or so, this is very close to maintanence for you. If you gained 2-3 pounds, this is where you need to start, if you're interested in gaining muscle and not excess fat. If you lost weight, add 10% to all the above, and repeat for two weeks to see what happens.
 
thanks guys and ya all that seemed like way high to me too but like i said i knwo NOTHING about this and im jus tryin to figure it out, i dont know what i did on that webste to get such crazy numbers but whatever i did it came up with that

serving size is prob it im sure bc all i did was pretty much put down the foods i eat or will be eating. i have not even started this yet im jus tryin to figure somethin out myself then ask guys on here to help bc i know yall dont want me just askin for yall to write me out a diet and workout so im tryin to figure things out
