Whats up everyone and thanks for taking the time to check this out. (BLUF Bottom Line Up Front: I need some mail redirected). I am in need of some serious help. I have been working out for a few years and I am in Iraq now doing this thing. I am looking for information on reputable individuals to redirect some mail for me. I would like to get a little something, something from our sponsors but don’t want it sent here from a foreign address. I am a officer and an international package would definitely raise eyebrows. If anyone can (HBO Help a Brotha Out) its appreciated. If not its all good keep up the form and good info good stuff out there

Hey my man - I've been to OIF and OEF numerous times and I'll tell you if you can get your hands on some tabs do it. This is probably no the best way to do it and then post a pic as your avatar. Contact a sponor and see if they may have a domestic remailer or contact people through a PM. Or see if you can find another site that might have a domestic sponsor.

Before the accident.. I could tell peeps in Pre Special Forces were on stuff but not one...and I mean not one ever talked about it or hinted to it. The risk was just too expensive.

Hey now..it's not because you're a newbie.. it just doesn't make sense. You are where most of the stuff is made.. can't understand why you need a remailer. If you're not DEA or other... it must be your first OCONUS. Hell, no matter what country a soldier is in..they know how to find anything...ESPECIALLY in a country hurting badly for American dollars to just survive another day.

Now, if I were you... I'd find the supply SGT.. he knows what's in town or another town.. or has a connection to buddies in other areas.

Bahrain has everything you need. Good luck take care of yourself the gym will be here when you get back. I know it sucks their served 7mos during the gulf war. Lots of allied casualties. MM

Actually this is probably your best alternative. Why risk getting caught n shit. Not worth it. There is a new product by Gaspari taht is being unveiled TODAY at the Olympia called HaloDrol50 (its exactly what you think haha) but its def legal. Stack that with the Orastan-E (similar to winstrol) n your gains should be great, just dont stay on longer than 4 weeks without a break. Novadex XT by Gaspari also blows away 6-oxo , not even close. Studies prove it.

Thanks everyone especially SS, I have been in the army 15 years and trust me your sentiments are best saved for the soldiers, airmen and marines that are down in line units busting their ass. i sit in an office in a palace doing engineering stuff all day. the only real threats i face is an occasional mortar or rocket attack. there is a pretty good gym here and trust me its busy 24/7. ill post a few pics as soon as i can. Thanks again for all the sentiments and best wishes. I can say for the most part everyone here i have met and talked with is proud to serve and ready to come home and return if that’s the mission.

Well first of all i want to thank everyone for helping me and for all the support for serving in the military its all good. i decided that i will just go the OTC route. I also decided to use this opportunity to put my cookies on the table for everyone to see, and introduce myself to everyone.
I am a Soldier stationed in Iraq hence the user name N_Iraq. i have about 4 months remaining on this tour and just recently returned from my R&R leave which is a completely different story trust me. I was in the GYM avidly up until that point and upon my return i was back at it like i was never gone, unfortunately about a month ago i hurt myself on a damn smith machine doing squats. I don’t know how common it is but i really did make it pucker on this one. i had planned a leg workout day and was going to start with squats, i did a few light sets and then went into my work sets. Normally i do my squats in a power rack but i decided to work on the smith on this faithful day. Fortunately i only had 315 when i was coming up from the bottom position i felt or rather heard 3 pops and a sharp pain. i was able to rack the weight and got my ass out of the smith machine i knew i was jacked so i decided io would do some leg press before i left knowing that i had jacked something up and may not be able to come back for a while. to make this whole thing short i tore stuff up pulled stuff and strained stuff according to the doctors at the TMC (Troop medical Center). Well its been about a month and TMTMTL is back at about 90% and the limp pimp is gone. i decided that i would share my training with you guys so you can all get to know me a little better. So here you go I am I am currently 6'3 dont know my weight cause i don’t weigh myself but my measurements are neck7 1/4; chest 47; waist 32 1/2; thigh 23; calves 15 3/4; bi 17; forearm 13. Currently i have a few issues that are training distracters my leg and back has some pain. and my left BI has been hurting for months a doctor told me all i could do was take it easy because its probably a muscle strain near the end of the muscle where it attaches. but that’s about it. of and my calves are sore too from yesterdays work out which was full body type thing i do but that was just to prime the engine for Monday. i also ran 6 miles in the morning then ran 2 in the evening.

Day 1:
Well i got up at 0400 and headed out to the Palace where i work to pick up my stuff; gloves and belts like that then at 0430 i was in the gym i worked back today did 3 sets of pull ups, 50lbs/10; 75/50lbs,4/2 ;100/75/50, 2/2/2 . i did supersets with seated rows but but don’t know the weight cause its one of those machines that saids resistance instead of weight i dont know why guess it dosent matter when i eventually start working the stack. i then did 3 sets each of something i call single arm cable high/low rows. basically the low row is a bent over dumbell row with cable instead of with a dumbell and a pull down using one hand instead of two. once again i dont know numbers but i did 3 sets to failure no less then 16 i did everything in 1hr and i train alone by the way so there is no smoking and joking if you feel me. i get spots when i need them but usally i go at it alone.
that was day one and by the way what did i eat well i had a pack of tuna on my way out the door, drank some gatorade and creatine took a multi vitamin and a B12 oh and a redbull too. after i got back to my trailer aka the S3 (shower shit and shave)i had breakfast 6 eggs over medium grits some fruit about 0800 by then. around 0930 i had 2 bowls of cereal and at 1030 ate some more tuna. so now i am up to date. gonna eat some more eventfully. There is a sand storm outside so trying to leave the palace as little as possible. uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu wow sorry i fell asleep its like 1500. take it easy. I should do some work now . oh the grammar thing all the lower case letters grammar mistakes I just did have time to edit. Short term is messed up so I had to capture this now
