I would take it rite before your work out. Try not to eat anything 30min before your workout.shot the body part that u r working out that day, so if u r doing shoulders shot bilateral.
That's how I do it. Just make sure u take in a lot of carb. That works best for me, u might be different. If it makes u tired and u can't get a good workout, then u need to take it rite after ur workout. Hope this helps.
I posted a similar topic a few weeks ago as I also needed some help. What I ended up doing (which is working for me) is - gh before I train in the morning, slin right after I finished training and IGF about 20 min later.. I would have already consumed a Protein and Carb shake with creatine & l-glutamine straight after my workout.
